Backaldrin to build 30 mln euro confectionery plant in Moscow Region

STUPINO KVADRAT, Moscow Region, Jul 26 (PRIME) -- Arvalus, a Russian affiliate of Austrian confectionery Backaldrin, will build a 30 million euro plant in the Stupino Kvadrat special economic zone near Moscow, the company said in a statement late Monday.

“The investments are planned at 30 million euros over the next four–five years. Initial investment will amount to about 1 billion rubles,” Moscow Region’s Investment and Innovation Minister Denis Butsayev said.

The plant is to be launched in March–May 2017.
